Canoe Waiver
To register for Family Camp 2025, fill out the short registration form by clicking the 'Register Here' button, once completed, you will be directed to a new page to complete your payment option, finally, click the 'Canoe Waiver' button above to download our Canoe Waiver so then you can use the Canoes provided by Cole Ranch. Once you have filled out and signed the waiver, send it to Sarah Gardner by clicking the 'Contact Us' button. You can also reach Sarah for any further questions regarding Family Camp.

Who Can Come?

Anyone! All ages are welcome to join us! This is a family focused camp to allow families to enjoy some quality time together and be surrounded by other Church families getting to know each other. Whether you have kids or not, you're welcome to come and hangout with us!

What Do We Do?

Spend time with family and friends! This is a very casual event because we want to give families the opportunity to relax, enjoy time together, and not break the bank while doing so! We will have evening bonfires, roast smore's, and have a short optional campfire worship time!

Why Should I Come?

Cole Ranch is a beautiful campsite located right next to the river. You can spend your time swimming, kayaking, fishing, or just soaking in the sun on the shore! It's a great chance to fellowship with other church families while creating awesome memories with your own!

Things to Know

CBC will provide 4 meals:
  • Friday Dinner
  • Saturday Breakfast
  • Saturday Dinner
  • Sunday Light Breakfast
We will not be providing lunch on Saturday, so please bring lunch for your family. You are responsible for any extra snacks you'd like to bring.
Water Safety:
Bring a life vest. There is river access and we will be offering fishing, kayaking, canoeing, and other amenities. Parents are in charge for their child's safety.

FAQ'S

What if I can camp for one day?

No Worries! The cost will still be the same whether you stay one or two nights. If you'd just like to attend Saturday for the day, the cost is just $10 for your whole family!
Are there bathrooms and showers?
Yes! There are both bathrooms and showers that will be open and available at all times!
Are there RV Hookups?
Yes! RV hookups are limited. We only have 4 spaces available, so be sure to register asap if you'd like one!
What do I bring?
You will be in charge of bringing your own tents, camp chairs, life jackets, lunch for Saturday, toiletries, etc, and any other things you'd like to bring! Feel free to email us for specific questions!
Can I drop off my kids?
How many tents can I have on my site?
No. This camp is intended for the whole family to come. Parents must stay with their children.
Two tents are allowed per campsite. If you have additional tents, please register another campsite.
