Shawna became our receptionist in 2019 and since has taken over many projects and is our coordinator when it comes to planning church outreach events and potlucks.

What is your favorite Bible verse? Why?
- Philippians 4:6-7 NIV "(6) Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. (7) And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus." I was having a lot of anxiety at one point in my life, and this is what God spoke to me. It continues to remind me to always turn towards Him.
What is your favorite food?
- Carb’s, butter, most anything fried…..did I mention carb’s?

- When I was a child, my family and I attended a church called Melodyland. It was right across the street from Disneyland.
